Now we´ve been in Portugal for a week, two more to go! Visiting my fiancés family, enjoying the beach and sun at Costa da Caparica outside Lisbon, where me and Tiago had an apartment before move back to the scandinavian countries.
Its always nice to come back. And. You feel you miss it. But we need to stay in Norway because of job of Tiago over there. But we are here around 2-3 month every year so it´s ok. 😉
Time to do lunch, then go to beach, swim in the oceans and later run with our dog Happy at the beach! 🙂

One of the few sports that actually works good for my body since my injury is thaiboxing. Here I can have more control over my “own” body instead of Bjj, mma etc where I need to go close contact with the bodies. In the thaiboxing it´s not the same bodycontact so it works good for my back.
But. Of course my back is extra sensitive sometimes and get pain anyway. So then it is only to take it easy, to rehab, take walks and rest when needed. Yesterday it was a really sunny and nice weather here in Norway where I am right now.
So Tiago, my fiancé, gaved me some Pt-training outside. That was really nice. Today it´s raining so I will stay home and work. But with chocolate, coffee and nice animals running around outside it is a good day anyway. 😉
Today it was the second PT-session for Maria. I am combining her training in the gym and my exercises together with training in the water, in the pool. So today it was her first pool-training and we focused on the legs with different squats, jumps, running, pushing etc. She worked really good with the balance and to really do all the exercises correctly = better results in the body! =) So after 45 minutes in the water I let her come up from the pool. Good worked today as well Maria! ❤
