Me and Tiago rent an apartment at Costa da Caparica here in Portugal for one week (the other weeks we stay at his parents house more north of Lisbon. And here we have our dog Happy with us and in the evenings we are playing at the beach, chasing the waves and practice stop, sit and other basic stuff.
Now we´ve been in Portugal for a week, two more to go! Visiting my fiancés family, enjoying the beach and sun at Costa da Caparica outside Lisbon, where me and Tiago had an apartment before move back to the scandinavian countries.
Its always nice to come back. And. You feel you miss it. But we need to stay in Norway because of job of Tiago over there. But we are here around 2-3 month every year so it´s ok. 😉
Time to do lunch, then go to beach, swim in the oceans and later run with our dog Happy at the beach! 🙂

Since last it happened a lot: I got extra work at a lawyer-company here in Norway where I can work from home, it is only one week until I will have my event in gothenburg for incredible women who wants to achieve success in life. I got offer about two jobs, we still just live in a farm temporary and searching for apartment where we can bring our dog Happy. My fiancé Tiago is working fulltime + as a PT and coach in MMA, BJJ and more.
This things is the reasons why I havn´t had time to blog so often. And because of a reeeeeally slow internet. I´ve tried to blog the last 1-2 weeks but can never get into the pages but I CAN go in to other social medias without any problem..? Strange. Anyway- I hope this post will get posted! Goodmorning from Sweden! This morning is an empty morning. Like all of the other mornings the last weeks! Happy, our dog, is in Portugal waiting for us to be done traveling. Its nice to be here in the nordic countries but I miss her soooo much!!! I miss to see her happy tail moving fast as a clockwork *tick, tock, tick, tock!* , and her cute and happy kisses she gives us when she see that we finally are awake!
I know it isn’t many weeks left now until she’s with us again but oh my what I miss our princess… ❤ 🙂
Yesterday I took Tiago for a walk in the city becuase at home we had something secret going on at home. When we arrived home there was a surprise party for his birthday with his closest childhood-friends! Guess if he got happy and surprised! His mother Maria did a lot of cakes and desserts, meat and bread, wine and other things to drink and eat. Happy birthday again baby! ❤
One time a couple of years ago I got to hear that a person was so annoyed about I was so positive all the time. And one time a girl didn´t like me because she thought I was so “perfect”.
Why is someone reacting with a negative feeling on something good and a positive thing and why dont like a person who is in their perspective “perfect”. First of all I can say: I AM perfect and I am NOT perfect. This is the same for all persons in the world. We are all perfect with our non-perfections. But it all come to what perspective we as a individual have when we see things and HOW we CHOOSE to do with what we see.
We all have ways and things in our lifes that other people also want to have. And they have things that I maybe want as well. So, instead of being jealous and get annoyed about someone elses success and “perfect life” we should take that focus to our selfs instead and see the others as a motivation and a inspiration. From them we can learn.
But when you push them away, getting jealous and annoyed you will never learn to get it, your will only learn how to NOT get it and instead just get negative feelings in your life. Try to get close and be happy for them and I can almost make sure that they will be happy to help you achieve your dreams as well! And if they wont- just take the good part from them, see how they do and then go back to yourself and see what qualities You have and what you can do with you quality together with the new things you learned or get motivated/inspired from the other “perfect” person.
And when, for example me, is writing statuses on my fb I mostly try to consciously focus on the positive parts of my day/thougths. Even if it is something negative/bad happened during the day I am CHOOSING to focus on the positive part. I can express the bad situation but I am trying to always compensate it with something positive in the end of the status- that make me CHOOSE to be positive but still accepting the bad situation but without let it take control over me.
It´s all about to get balance in life and to take conscious choices in all situations always. Then they will become natural choices and healthy habbits in our lifes. Never ever give up taking good choices. If you take a “bad” one – Learn from it instead of putting yourself down from it. Take that choice as well. Always.
