One of the few sports that actually works good for my body since my injury is thaiboxing. Here I can have more control over my “own” body instead of Bjj, mma etc where I need to go close contact with the bodies. In the thaiboxing it´s not the same bodycontact so it works good for my back.
But. Of course my back is extra sensitive sometimes and get pain anyway. So then it is only to take it easy, to rehab, take walks and rest when needed. Yesterday it was a really sunny and nice weather here in Norway where I am right now.
So Tiago, my fiancé, gaved me some Pt-training outside. That was really nice. Today it´s raining so I will stay home and work. But with chocolate, coffee and nice animals running around outside it is a good day anyway. 😉
Everywhere I look I see that more people than me is in a phase where we are “changing” and preparing for what will come.
It is something around the corner. Something good. Something… great! I feel it and I know it. And I know that you do as well! It will be fun to see the “surprise”. =) For a few days ago it felt like a frustration but the feeling has been change to a more relaxed feeling and to take care about the NOW I am in because as long as I am moving forward I will arrive to the corner filled with sunshine and greatness!
Some days, like today, you should stay home from the training. I thought I would feel better in the gym than the other two trainings I did last week (wich ones was the first since 5-6 weeks) but I was wrong: I almost vomit and I was dissy. Everything was blurry and my stomach was not so good. I did only one round without stop (but split up) with 20 jumping to the box, 55 push-ups, 65 squats and 40 burpees, 500 meters row x 3 and then stretching. After this I was like dead! I dont understand… =/ My asthma was worse today as well. And. I still dont find my asthma-medicine!!! =S
Yes, I can sit here and say “It was good that I aleast did SOME training” but I feel now that this was one of the days I loosed more than I developed. And my self-confidence was lower today after the training. And I got more pain in my body. And I felt weak and bad. But I know it will pass. And I learned even more about myself today, with my limits and more. That was good. Sooo, now after this blogpost I actually realized that this was probably worth it anyway. Haha, good! =P
Today has been a really sunny and warm day here in south of Europe. I borrowed the cap of Tiago, hehe. (Thank you baby). ;-P And my grandma who normally is afraid of dogs is really falling inlove with our dog Happy and they are sooo cute together!

Today it was the second PT-session for Maria. I am combining her training in the gym and my exercises together with training in the water, in the pool. So today it was her first pool-training and we focused on the legs with different squats, jumps, running, pushing etc. She worked really good with the balance and to really do all the exercises correctly = better results in the body! =) So after 45 minutes in the water I let her come up from the pool. Good worked today as well Maria! ❤

It dosn´t look so good but it tasted fantastic and it is healthy, pure food and easy to do! (This is a recipe for 4-5 persons).
Fresh or thawed chicken
4 middle big lemons
Half glas of water
Put oliveoil and some salt in a block and put the chicken there together with some salt and a little bit of pepper. Press the sauce from 2 lemons over the chicken and slice the other 2 lemons and put in top of the chickens as decorations (also). Put the water in the block and then put it in the middle of the oven for around 40 minutes (or until its not red/pink inside the chicken).
Tomato with garlic & onion in oven
Around 9 tomatos
Half glas of water
Take a block and put one layer of sliced tomato and one layer of sliced onion and some garlics and then one more layer of tomato in top of everything. Some oliveoil and salt in top of that + water in the block and in the oven after the chicken is done.
Avocado & lemon-dip
Sauce from 2 lemons
Mash the avocados well and press in one clove of garlic. Mix everything with some salt and the lemon sauce. Done!
